"Not to oppose error is to approve it; and not to defend truth is to supress it."

Pope St. Felix III, 5th Century

 True Love

Consider the fact that God knew all the sins of everyone who was or was to be before the first Christmas. In His great love for us He wanted to show us just how much He was willing to give of Himself for our benefit; this being known to Him even prior to the fall of Adam and Eve. His destiny was to become one of us so that He could truly be our Savior and offer Himself at our hands to His Father on the cross of our salvation. Consider that God allowed man, His creature, to kill Him so that He could offer His earthly life to His Father in exchange for our eternal life with the Trinity forever in Heaven. Now this being so, no matter what our sins, we have His promise that they have been satisfied and are totally forgiven if we will only give them up and respond to His directions. He told us that we were to love Him by keeping His Commandments. The first three have to do with our relationship with Him and the last seven with each other. Knowing our weaknesses and to help us do this, He instituted Seven Sacraments, which if used properly, guarantee our salvation. To guide us on our way He founded our Church on Peter, the Apostle trained by Him to pass on His teachings and truths until the end of time. In living this Catholic Faith, it is important to keep our priorities in order, God first, then man. He summed it up by saying that we must love Him with our whole heart, soul, mind and strength; then our neighbor as ourselves.

Today we have it backwards. Country after country are seeing their demise as God is removed and man becomes paramount. The present condition of the United States of America is a prime example of this. By abandoning our God-founded principles we are now near the brink of our destruction. If we all do not get on our knees and seek God’s forgiveness and use His Sacraments properly, keep His Commandments and live our Faith, we are doomed. Our leaders in the Church, governments and all walks of life need to sound the call. It is not too late! God’s love and gift of Himself in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass can overcome any evil, we need only to respond. St. Dismas pray for us.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen

There is nothing more important, necessary and beneficial than to bring the world to acknowledge and participate in the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist.

JESUS, I TRUST IN YOU!!
